Ingredients
- 60 ML Cucumber Rahasya Vodka
- 15 ML Ginger Syrup/Ale
- 20 ML Lime Juice
- 100 ML Soda
- 100 GM Grated Ginger (for ginger syrup)
- 300 ML Water (for ginger syrup)
- Sugar (for ginger syrup)
- 6-7 Mint Leaves
- 2 Pieces Cucumber
- Lemon wedges
- Ice Cubes
Procedure
For the Ginger Syrup:
- In a pan, add the water and grated ginger and boil it for some time
- Now, add sugar, as per the required sweetness, to the pan
- Stir the mixture until the sugar dissolves completely
- Set the pan aside until the syrup cools down
- Store the syrup in a bottle or a jar and refrigerate
For the cocktail:
- Take a cocktail shaker and fill it with ice. Pour Rahasya vodka, ginger syrup, and lime juice into the cocktail shaker
- Shake the cocktail shaker vigorously for about 30 seconds or until the shaker has frosted
- Take a copper mug and fill it with ice cubes
- Double strain the drink into the copper mug
- Top the drink with soda
- To garnish, add mint leaves and lemon wedges
- Serve chilled
