Ingredients
- 60 ML Rahasya Vodka
- 90 ML Fresh Tomato Juice
- 15 ML Lime Juice
- 15 ML Sugar Syrup
- 4 Dashes Tabasco
- 1 GM Celery Salt Rim
- Ice Cubes
- Lemon wedge
- Celery stalk
- Pickles (optional)
Procedure
For Celery Salt:
- Begin by blending celery stick water and carefully, strain the juice in a pan
- Put it to heat and add some rock salt
- Keep mixing till the water has evaporated
- Now, as you keep stirring, spread the salt on a tray
- Bake the salt in the oven until it is completely dried
- Celery salt is ready
For the cocktail:
- Take a mixing glass and fill it with ice cubes
- Now, pour Rahasya Vodka, fresh tomato juice, lime juice, and sugar syrup into it
- Add Tabasco, and celery salt to it
- Using a bar spoon, stir the drink for about 30 seconds
- Take a highball glass and rim the glass with celery salt
- Fine strain the drink into the highball glass
- To garnish, add a lemon wedge, celery stalk to the glass. You can also add a pickle if you’d like
- Serve chilled
